Raymond Donovan, 80, Pulaski / Krakow area, died unexpectedly Thursday morning, July 7, 2022, at his home. The son of Harold and Rosella Donovan was born February 12, 1942, in Ontario, Canada and lived in the United States almost all of his life.
Ray worked as a farmer and in construction throughout the United States. He made his home in the Town of Angelica for the past 32 years. Not much for just sitting around, Ray loved working; it kept him busy. He also enjoyed bicycling and walking, and exercising at the YMCA. He was a friendly guy, but he also enjoyed his independence and time alone.
Survivors include his brother, Ronald Donovan, Bonduel, and a niece and nephew, Kris and Mike, both of California. He will also be dearly missed by the Dennis & Mark Wasielewski families, and other area friends and neighbors who he met over the years. He was preceded in death by a brother, Randy.
Friends are invited to gather with the family at Marnocha Funeral Home, 186 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 12th. The Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, Fr. James Gannon, O.F.M. officiating. Committal will take place in Assumption B.V.M. Cemetery, Pulaski.
