Martha Jane Renard, 85, Little Suamico, passed away surrounded by family on Friday, August 11, 2023, at Country Villa Assisted Living, Pulaski. The daughter of Ambruce and Violet (Greaves) Hagan was born December 1, 1937, in North Carolina.

At an early age Martha moved to Michigan, where she met Frank Renard; the couple married on February 4, 1956. Shortly after marriage they moved to Little Suamico, where they resided and raised their family. Martha was an avid NASCAR fan; she also enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and crocheting. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Martha is survived by her children: Lu Hebel, Gwen (Lee) Hoffmann, and Dawn (Terry) Bostedt; grandchildren: Shane Renard, Mecho Kozlik, Billie (Adam) Byrne, Mark (Heather) Boatman, and Lee (Heather) Mocco; 13 great-grandchildren: Jonathan, Weston, Tristan, Mayia, Hannah, Nicole, Eric, Kellie, Caitlyn, Addison, Kinley, Brynnlee, Quinton; brother-in-law, Carrol Piggott; niece, Diane Laurain; nephew, Jimmy Piggott.

In addition to her parents, Ambruce and Violet, and her husband, Frank, she was preceded in death by a son, Gerald “Jerry” Renard; siblings: Emma Piggott, June (Hershel) Davidson, Anna Swenders, Howard Hagen, and Chuck Hagan.

A Graveside Service will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Little Suamico on Friday, August 25, at 3:30 P.M.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caregivers at Country Villa and the Unity Hospice Team for their compassionate care. They would also like to thank her nephew, Jimmy Piggott, Milton Alsteen, and neighbors and Kathy Alsteen for always being there for Martha.
