Kelly Colleen Czech, 58, Francis Creek, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023, at her home. The daughter of Robert and Barbara (Majkowski) Foster was born on June 14, 1965, in Wauwatosa.

Kelly was a basketball standout and graduated from Nathan Hale High School in West Allis. Following high school she attended UW Milwaukee, where she was a student athlete. On February 3, 2012, she married Michael Czech.

Kelly worked at Walmart for over 10 years, Natural Ovens Bakery for a few years, and Lakeside Foods until her health would not allow for her to work anymore. Kelly and Michael did a lot of volunteering over the years; working the Door County Triathlon was her favorite.

Kelly enjoyed cooking, sports, and was a great musician. She loved being a grandmother to her two grandsons.

Survivors include her husband, Michael, Francis Creek; daughter, Trina Foster, Francis Creek; two grandsons, Adriel and Elian Marquez, Francis Creek; a brother, John (Julie) Graves, New Berlin; two sisters: Renee (Charlie) Foster, Milwaukee, and Shelly (Terry) Adams, Richfield; two sisters-in-law: Toshia (Chuck) Buchholz, De Pere, and Kay Czech, Pulaski; brother-in-law, David (Carrie) Czech, River Falls; god parents, Jack (Ruth) Morris, Wausau; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Barbara; two brothers-in-law: Steven Czech and Greggory Czech.

Friends are invited to gather with family at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 119 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, on Wednesday, June 21, from 9-11 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. with Fr. David Kobak, O.F.M. officiating.

Kelly’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the following: Dr. Stevens at Prevea Clinic, Dr. Kothari at Froedtert, and Dr. Mansurov at Bellin. They would also like to thank the Center for Advanced Care staff at Froedtert and the staff at the Bellin Cancer Center.
