It is with deep sorrow and an outpouring of immense love, we mourn the unexpected death of Jeffrey A. Patnode, age 40, of Green Bay, WI, on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021.

As a child, Jeff was smart, with an intrinsic curiosity to always figure out how things worked. He enjoyed building model cars, hot rods or rockets, gluing each tiny piece together one by one, then hand painting them with meticulous detail. It’s no wonder that as an adult he spent endless hours in his garage, building and working on motorcycles, cars and boats or adding some extra “juice” to something because anything stock or out of the box just wouldn’t suffice.

He also enjoyed spending time in the outdoors. Whether he was out on his motorcycle for a nightly ride, for a walk to get some air, in the woods chasing a whitetail or on the water with a fishing pole in hand, his mind was at peace while in nature with fresh air surrounding him.

Jeff was an incredible man, son, brother, family member and friend, but his most cherished role in this life was being a devoted father to his three beautiful girls Taylor, Grace and Ivy. When he talked about them, he softened. He smiled and laughed his raspy, deep, woodpecker, belly laugh as he told stories of what they did or said that day, with a light and sparkle in his eyes made only by the purest love. It is through them that his memory, and the best parts of him will continue to live on.

His soul is now at rest, with the arms of his mother wrapped around him. He missed her so much, we can be assured and comforted knowing they are together again. I will forever hold him close within my heart, and pray for peace and strength for all of us. Speak well of him, and speak of him often to keep his memory alive. Please hold him close, in your mind and in your spirit.

Jeff is survived by his three daughters: Taylor Jovalee, Grace Marie and Ivy Ann; father, Kevin Patnode; sister, Stephanie (Jeremy) Moore; grandmother, Donna Beauleau; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Theresa Patnode; grandfather, Dennis Beauleau Sr.; and grandmother,  Bernice Faltynski.

Friends are invited to gather with family at Marnocha Funeral Home, 186 E. Pulaski St., Pulaski, Wednesday, December 22, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. There will be a time to share memories beginning at 12 noon.
