David Tilleson, 83, Hofa Park, died Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Seymour. He was born January 21, 1938, to Carl and Jennie (Miskoviak) Tilleson in Green Bay.
David married Nancy Wojciechowski June 28, 1958, in Isaar. Together they owned and operated a dairy farm in the Town of Lessor for 34 years retiring in 1992. After retirement they moved to Pickerel. David liked to fish, listen to Polka music, snowmobile, go to supper clubs and enjoy a good old fashioned. He groomed trails for the Tombstone Pickerel Snowmobile Club. David was always there for his neighbors if they ever needed a hand with anything.
He is survived by his sons: Allan “Toby” (Roxanne) Tilleson, Bonduel, Leon Tilleson, Pulaski, Kenneth Tilleson, Kaukauna, and Terence Tilleson, Chase; two daughters: Catherine Jessen (friend John), Pickerel, and Jodi (Dean) Wilcox, Oconto Falls; his five grandchildren: Nicole Wilcox, Kayla (Justin) Spang, Daniel Wilcox, Allissa Tilleson and Kaitlin Sanborn; sister, Audrey (Lea) Bangert and sisters-in-law: Dorothy Bishop, MO, Betty (Elmer) Kraning, Pulaski, and Carol Wojciechowski, Seymour.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Kacquatosh; son-in-law, Keith Jensen; a sister, Carol (Joseph) Maroszek; brothers-in-law, Bud Wojciechowski and Robert Bishop; and a sister-in-law, Lucille (Harold) Boerst.
Friends are invited to gather with the family at St. Stanislaus Church, W1888 Hofa Park Rd., Hofa Park (Seymour) on Tuesday, June 1st, after 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church with Fr. Carmen Scuderi, O.F.M. presiding. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
