Dallas Bierhals, 92, Pulaski died peacefully Christmas morning, December 25 2018, at his home. He was born March 10, 1926, in the town of Chase to the late Gustav and Evelyn (Miller) Bierhals. Dallas was a US Army veteran of WWII and a member of the American Legion Post #337, Pulaski. On April 26, 1952, he married Eleanor Yurek at Assumption B.V.M Church in Pulaski. Dallas had been employed at Northern Shoe in Pulaski for many years.

He enjoyed his trips to the casino. Dallas also liked taking rides to Door County to visit his brother in Sturgeon Bay, picking cherries, and spending time at Sunset Park. Family was very important to Dallas and Eleanor. He loved spending time with his children and their families.

Survivors include his seven children: Roger (Mary) Bierhals, Suamico, Linda (Craig) Stender, Kunesh, Nancy Bierhals, Pulaski, Diane (Mike) Brott, Anston, Robert (Carmen Daisy) Bierhals, Green Bay, Martin Bierhals, Pulaski, Laura (Ben) Bukowiec, Sobieski; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one sister in-law, Sophie Montgomery; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor, in 2010; a son, Micheal Bierhals, in 1993, a grandson, Shaun Brott, a great granddaughter, Julia Rose Athey; six brothers, Eddie (Viola), Fritz (Irene), Elmer (Ethel), Adolph (Della) Arthur (Grace) Braun, Teddy (Odella), and one sister, Sophie.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29th at Assumption B.V.M. Church in Pulaski, Fr. Patrick Gawrylewski, O.F.M. presiding, followed by military honors by the Pulaski area veterans.
