Wayne “Gus” Falk, 62, Flintville, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 6, 2018, following a lengthy illness. The son of Gordon and Bernice (Pszanka) Falk was born September 9, 1955, in Green Bay and was a 1973 graduate of Oconto Falls High School. Wayne earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from NWTC in 1975.

In 1976 he began ten years of working for the Milwaukee Railroad and then worked as a custodian for the Howard-Suamico School District, until 2001. On October 27, 1984, he married Sue Caelwaerts at SS. Edward & Isidore Church in Flintville. The couple belonged to SS. Edward & Isidore Parish.

Wayne enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, going to the cabin, collecting miniature race cars and HO model trains, golfing, and playing video games with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Sue; four children: Sean (Jennifer) Falk, Bonduel, Amber Falk, Flintville, Tyler (Lindsey) Falk, Green Bay, and Katie Falk, Flintville; one brother: Eugene (Mary) Falk, Keshena; his godmother: Shirley Poels; two goddaughters: Michelle and Patti; his canine companions: Albie, Madison, and Oscar; his feline companions: Toulouse, Ellie, and Kikao; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his in-laws: Jerome and Lois Caelwaerts; and his godfather, Harvey Flavion.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 11th at SS. Edward & Isidore Church in Flintville, Fr. David Hoffman presiding.
