Roger Pautz, 57, Oconto Falls, died unexpectedly Saturday evening, December 15, 2018, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. The son of Perry and Elaine (Schwartz) Pautz was born September 4, 1961, in Sobieski and was a 1979 graduate of Pulaski High School.

Roger was a proud third generation dairy farmer. He also drove gravel truck, milk truck, over-the-road semi, and school bus for the Pulaski Community School District. He helped the neighbors with snowplowing and was currently employed with Hugo Trucking in Sobieski.

Roger liked shooting pool and darts, and bowling. He was an all-around handyman who enjoyed tinkering with parts and motors. He always liked to have something to do and spent as much time outdoors as possible.

He is survived by his “girls”: Candace (Cory) Kocken, DePere, Sonia (Thomas) Roth, Waukesha, and Heather (Brandon) Honzik, Oconto Falls; three grandchildren: Avaleigh, Kevin, and Hunter; a sister-in-law: Jean Pautz, Sobieski; his friend and former wife: Kim Leitzke, Manitowoc; nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Roger was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Amanda Rae, his parents, Perry and Elaine, and two brothers: Bruce and Russell.

The Funeral Service was celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22nd, Rev. Lloyd Luedeman officiating. Burial will take place in the Town of Chase Cemetery in the spring.
