Martha Mroczkowski, 81, Krakow, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at Grancare Nursing Center in Green Bay with her family at her side. The daughter of Joseph and Veronica (Holewinski) Tyczkowski was born July 31, 1936, in Hofa Park. Martha was a 1955 graduate of Pulaski High School. On September 17, 1960, she married Leonard “Lenny” Mroczkowski at St. Stanislaus Church in Hofa Park. The couple lived in Krakow all of their married life, where they raised their family.

Martha worked in the bakery at Brzezinski Grocery Store in Krakow. She was a member of St. Casimir Parish in Krakow, where she had belonged to the Altar Rosary Society. Martha was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and we will miss her dearly. Mom enjoyed cooking and baking and getting her children and grandchildren together for the holidays. We especially loved her poppy seed torte and chicken noodle soup. Martha’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed listening and dancing to polka music. Martha liked spending time at the cottage on Rost Lake.
