Anton(e) “Tony” Blasczyk, 82, Green Bay, former Pulaski resident, died peacefully Monday, May 22, 2017, at a Green Bay nursing home. The son of Anton and Anna (Lepak) Blasczyk was born July 2, 1934. Tony enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1955. On November 5, 1960, he married Audrey Charniak at Assumption B.V.M. Church in Pulaski. The couple raised four children in Sun Prairie and moved back to Pulaski after their retirement.

Tony was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Bishop Bona Council #4439, Pulaski, and American Legion Post #337, Pulaski. He was a member of Sacred Hearts Parish in Sun Prairie for over 40 years and was also a member of Assumption B.V.M. Parish in Pulaski. Tony worked hard and mastered the trade of brick laying. His faith and family were the focus of his life. He enjoyed tinkering with and fixing lawnmowers and antiques. Tony also liked gardening.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey; four children: Linda (Michael) Juster, California, Theresa (Michael) Ellingson, Deerfield, David (Valerie) Blasczyk, North Dakota, and Brian (Marta) Blasczyk, DeForest; ten grandchildren: Sarah and Matthew Juster, Greg (Julianna) Ellingson, Jason (fiancée Michelle) Ellingson, and Nikki Ellingson; Jacoby, Rachel, and Ashlyn Blasczyk, Alex (Jason) Benter, Jacob (Danielle) Keller; two great-grandchildren: Jerade Ellingson and Preston James Keller; eight brothers and sisters: Mike (Betty) Blasczyk, Green Bay, Leo Blasczyk, Georgia, Tom (Todd) Blasczyk, Wausau, Jake (Ann) Blasczyk, Madison, Louis (Corine) Blasczyk, Appleton, Theresa Sobiesczyk, Milwaukee, Barbara Phillips, Pulaski, and Angeline (Kurt) Hansen, Gillett; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Arlene (Allen) Helgeson, and Dan (Ann) Charniak; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister-in-law: John (Louise), Joe, and Ernie Blasczyk, two sisters and one brother-in-law: Mary Blasczyk, and JoAnn (Roman Sr.) Kowalkowski; one sister-in-law, Kathy Blasczyk; and two brothers-in-law: Leonard Sobiesczyk, and Ralph Phillips.

The Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 31st, at Assumption B.V.M. Church in Pulaski, Fr. Brendan Wroblewski, O.F.M. presiding, and Fr. Patrick Gawrylewski, O.F.M. concelebrating. Burial followed in the parish cemetery with military honors by the Pulaski Area Veterans.
